This episode is all about having fun with a fantastic lunch on a lazy Sunday.
Within the UK, Sunday lunch is an actual custom. Folks typically meet of their native pub to eat a roast and have a drink with their family and friends.
For my Sunday lunch, I am making a homage to a conventional Luxembourgish dish – ham, chips and salad – with an English twist after all.
I will be roasting a beautiful cider ham with a maple syrup glaze, making some imply roast potatoes and a beautiful coleslaw salad. For dessert, I am dishing up an actual English delight, an Eton Mess.
