1.Plain cake Recipe
Components:
Butter: 125 gm
Sugar: 125 gm
Eggs : 3 Nos.
Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
Milk Powder: 20 gms
Flour: 125 gms
Baking Powder: ½ teaspoon
Technique:
1.Cream butter and sugar until gentle and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla to eggs.
3. Now add about half eggs to the butter combination. Combine effectively until no traces of eggs are seen.
4. Then add the milk powder and blend.
5. As soon as the milk powder is included, add the remaining eggs and blend until no traces of egg are seen.
6. Sieve the flour. Add baking powder to it and blend effectively with a spoon.
7. Now fold within the flour utilizing a spatula within the combination.
8. Pour the batter into ready containers.
9. Bake in 2 spherical containers of 5-inch diameter or small loaf tins.
10. Bake at 180 diploma Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
