When Tom and Anna Tang moved to northwest Arkansas within the Nineteen Eighties, there have been few Asian-owned companies and so they have been the primary Chinese language household of their city. Utilizing household recipes, the Tangs opened the primary Chinese language restaurant within the city of Siloam Springs, the primary of a number of profitable Tang household companies centered round Chinese language meals. Now their daughter, Shu Lan Tang follows of their footsteps and opened Tang’s Asian Market in 2013. This SFA documentary profiles Shu Lan Tang and Tang’s Asian Market.
