3 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tbsp further virgin olive oil, optionally available
spices of option to style

toast, cherry tomatoes, vegan cheese balsamic glaze

→ yields sufficient tofu unfold for about 6 toasts
→ lasts as much as 3 days sealed within the fridge

#4 Candy and Bitter Noodles 5:43

~125g noodles of alternative (4,4oz)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 ½ tbsp date or rice syrup
1 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
100ml water (⅓ cup + 2 tbsp)
→ when you mix sauce + noodles style check and see should you want salt and further spices

topping concepts: avocado, peppers, carrots, tofu, brown lentils, sesame seeds

#5 Blueberry Candy Potato Smoothie Bowl 7:35

150g-175g candy potato chopped and peeled (5.3oz – 6.17oz)
150g frozen blueberries (1 cup)
a handful of frozen raspberries
1 tbsp floor flax seeds
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
½ tbsp floor hemp seeds, optionally available
⅓ cup non dairy milk or orange juice (80ml)
