Among the many many distributors at Camp North Finish in Charlotte is La Caseta: an open-air meals stall that serves mom made Latin American road meals, utilizing recipes handed down from technology to technology.
“Rising up in El Salvador & Dominican Republic, Miriam and Dalton Espaillat knew road meals to be how their communities got here collectively. Pupusas had been loved on Friday and Saturday nights within the neighborhood with different households with music and dancing. Their moms cooking along with others in making ready conventional meals all made by hand.
