The Basil Daisy is a simple to drink, herbacious cocktail with refined bitter notes as a result of addition of Aperol. As featured in Imbibe Journal.

– 60mL Vodka
– 15mL Aperol
– 30mL Recent Lemon Juice
– 30mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
– Recent Basil

1. Add all of the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double pressure over crushed ice right into a hi-ball
3. Garnish with a basil leaf
