Easy Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

Flour :- All functions flour/ plain flour/ Maida
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter milk
1 cup scorching water
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
Bake in a preheated oven @ 200 C for about 45 minutes or till a skewer inserted within the center comes out clear.
Be sure to not over combine the batter.. Some lumps within the batter is totally okay..
To make buttermilk add 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup milk and let it stand for 10 minutes..
